Body Corporates


Here’s another suggestion that fell on deaf ears, as body corporate can do whatever they want with collected levies and so on with no-one to be answerable to.

I herewith wish to propose an overseeing body that body
corporates may be answerable to, since, although tenants
and owners are answerable to body corporates, it seems
there are no restrictions with regards rules and
regulations imposed on amount of levies, etc.

Also do not forget my suggestion I e-mailed to your
colleagues quite some time ago with regards to every branch
having to pay registration fee as opposed to head office
only in the event of there being more than one branches.
